- Strictly trade customers only.
- All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
- We are not VAT registered so prices shown are final price.
- All goods are made to order.
- New customers will be issued pro forma invoices for their first 3 orders and goods will not be sent until payment is made. Once a good payment record is established, a 30 day credit account may be set up upon request.
- We aim to despatch goods within 14-21 working days. If you require your order sooner, please let us know and we will accommodate this where we can.
- Free carriage on orders over £100. Carriage on orders below £100.00 will be charged at the following rates:
- £3.95 for orders up to 2 kg. Orders up to 2kg are sent via 1st class Royal Mail. Parcels are not tracked.
- £7.09 for orders over 2kg and sent via DHL and are tracked.
- Applies to Mainland UK Only. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Ireland & other countries will be subject to additional carriage charges, please contact us for delivery charges to your location.
- We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us if we already have a stockist in the same town. If an order is rejected we will attempt to notify the buyer by using the email address given.
- Strictly no 'SALE or RETURN'
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to offer sale-or-return on any of our products. Should you wish to return any of your items, please contact [email protected] in the first instance to discuss your account.
Shortages & Damages
We will never dispatch damaged products and this is almost always caused during transportation. Upon delivery, if you notice that any of the boxes are damaged please ensure that the driver is informed so that this can be noted on the proof of delivery; without this, it may invalidate any claim for damages.
All of our deliveries will be sent with a detailed packing list inside the box. When checking your delivery please check it against this packing list. Your invoice will state if any products are unavailable and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. These products can then be ordered at a later stage if required but please be informed that we do not accept or fulfil back-orders.
If you have checked your order and still believe items to be missing, faulty or damaged, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, providing your order or invoice number along with any images of the damages and we will try to resolve this for you.
